Registration data lived in one spreadsheet, payment records in another, and attendee certificates were waiting to be prepared and sent by hand. Every event meant hours of back-office work that had nothing to do with the event itself. When something went wrong, like a payment that did not match a registration, finding the problem took time that organizers simply did not have.
Chelo brought all of that into one place. From the moment someone registers to the moment they receive their certificate, everything runs on its own. Organizers focus on the event. The platform handles the rest.

Our Approach
We started by mapping out every step an organizer takes from the moment someone decides to register to the moment they receive their certificate. From there, we identified which steps could be automated and which needed a human decision. We built Chelo around those automations, keeping the organizer in control while letting the platform handle the routine work.
