CASE STUDIES
A closer look at what we built and the difference it made for the people using it.
Event Management
Chelo
Event organizers spend more time on admin work than on the events themselves. Before Chelo, they were managing registrations in spreadsheets, sending payment reminders by hand, and printing sign-in sheets for every session. The bigger the event, the more things could go wrong.
Chelo brought all of that into one place. From the moment someone registers to the moment they receive their certificate, everything runs on its own. Organizers focus on the event. The platform handles the rest.

Cybersecurity
OWASP Cebu
The cybersecurity community in Cebu had passionate people but no shared home. Workshops, research projects, and learning resources were scattered across different platforms and group chats. New members had a hard time knowing where to start.
The platform gave the OWASP Cebu chapter a professional home where members can discover upcoming events, explore security research, and access curated learning materials. It gave the chapter a place that members can call their own.

Research & Academia
Archway
Managing peer review through email is manageable for small workshops. At the scale of a full academic conference, it becomes a coordination problem that costs chairs weeks of administrative work they did not sign up for.
Archway replaced that coordination overhead with a system where every role has exactly what it needs. Chairs see the full picture. Reviewers see their assignments and deadlines. Authors see their paper status and receive structured feedback when decisions are made. Nothing falls through the cracks because nothing is tracked in an inbox.

Research & Academia
Conference CMS
Academic conferences bring together some of the brightest researchers in their fields, but the people running them were drowning in paperwork. Paper submissions came in through email, payments were tracked in spreadsheets, and attendance was handled with printed lists. For a conference with over a thousand attendees, that added up to hundreds of hours of manual work.
The system handled everything from submission to check-in. Payments processed automatically. QR codes replaced printed lists. Reminder emails went out on schedule. Organizers could focus on running a great conference instead of chasing down records.
