The cybersecurity professionals in Cebu are sharp. They run workshops, publish research, and work on real security problems every day. But none of that was easy to find from the outside. New members joining the community would ask the same question: where do I start? The answer was usually a link to a group chat, a list of past events, and a hope that they would piece it together. The chapter needed a home that matched the quality of its work.
The platform gave the OWASP Cebu chapter a professional home where members can discover upcoming events, explore security research, and access curated learning materials. It gave the chapter a place that members can call their own.

Our Approach
We worked closely with the OWASP Cebu leadership to understand what mattered most to their members. Events and workshops were the heartbeat of the chapter. Resources and research were what kept members engaged between events. We built the platform around those two things, with a structure that the chapter leadership could update without needing a developer involved.
